*** This cost saving is based upon other villa rental companys' extra costs for air-conditioning keys that have to be hired upon arrival at their villas. Generally for each air-conditioning unit you can pay up to 7 Euros per key per day. On average a three bedroom villa will have five air-conditioning units.
