Inclusive of air-conditioning.  (Cooling in the summer and heating in the winter - Saving around 245 Euros per week¹)

All linen and towels are supplied, apart from beach towels and linen for the baby cot.  

If booking for two weeks or longer and a mid-term clean is required this has to be arranged with our Management Company and paid for direct

A Welcome Pack will be given with our compliments for all bookings.  This includes essentials i.e. bread, milk, bottled water, tea, coffee.

¹ This cost saving is based upon other villa rental companys' extra costs for air-conditioning keys that have to be hired upon arrival at their villas.   Generally for each air-conditioning unit you can pay up to 7 Euros per key per day.   On average a three bedroom villa will have five air-conditioning units. 

Air-conditioning (cooling or heating) is included in LoganVillas pricing up to 200 electricity units per week - any extra usage will be charged at 15p uper unit and deducted from the refundable deposit
