Essential Booking Information

Below is some essential information that you will need to take into account before your booking.  


         

  Paying for your Holiday

         

1. When you make a booking you agree and accept all Terms and Conditions which include the Booking and Safety Information that Logan Villas stipulate. 
2. The person booking the holiday must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age and must accept, on behalf of all the party, the terms of the Booking Conditions and ensure that each person in the party abides by these rules.  When the Booking Form is signed and returned to us this means that you and all your party have accepted and agreed all the Terms and Conditions.

3. Upon booking, a deposit of 25% of the rental price for the villa for your chosen holiday period is required.

4. The remaining balance of your holiday must then be paid at least Eight (8) weeks before the start date of your holiday.

5. Your accommodation is reserved exclusively for the named people on the Booking Form signed by you.   No other persons are permitted to stay at the accommodation unless it has been agreed by us in writing beforehand.

6. A refundable deposit of £200.00 per week will be added to your Invoice to cover any accidental damages or breakages that may occur during your stay in the Villa and any extra Electricity Units consumed after the allowed 225 units per week.

7. If any additional cleaning, loss, breakages or damage is incurred during your stay, this will be reported to us by our Management Company and a charge will be made, such amount being taken from your refundable deposit.
8. Air Conditioning is included in the rental price. However only 225 electrical units are allowed each week and if additional units are used these will be charged at 15p per unit and deducted from the deposit held. The Air Conditioning must NOT be left on whilst doors or windows are open and all units MUST BE SWITCHED OFF whilst the property is unoccupied.  
9. Do not sit on the leather chairs and sofas with sun lotions/oil on as this can damage the leather.  If found to have marked the leather in any way a £50.00 charge will be made for cleaning.

10. You must shower before entering the pool to wash off any sun lotions/oils as these will damage the liner of the pool.  If lotions/oil are found on the lining, after your departure, the whole of the deposit paid by you will be withheld.

11.  The tenant of the property must not use any hose that is left in the garden to fill the pool.  The pool is maintained by our Management Company twice a week and they check the water and chlorine levels during their visits. 
12. Due to a water shortage in Cyprus the authorities are fining anyone seen to be misusing the water.  Should we, Logan Villas, receive such a fine as a result of the Tenant abusing the rules we, Logan Villas, have the right to take legal action against that Tenant for reimbursement of any fine imposed.

13. We, Logan Villas, will not rent our Villas to single sex groups of people; this includes any stag or hen parties.

14. At all times you must respect the property as this is our holiday home.   We request that you have regard for the neighbours.  Any loud, unruly, noisy activities will not be tolerated and we, Logan Villas, reserve the right to cancel the remainder of your holiday without notice.   You will be responsible for any additional expenses incurred for this inconvenience and no refund will be given.

15. We, Logan Villas, do not accept responsibility for any injuries suffered/incurred by your participation in any third party activity. These include: excursions, any third party activity/activities and vehicle hire.   Your personal travel insurance should cover this. If you do suffer any injuries tell your insurance company immediately and seek advice.

16. Logan Villas do not specialise in catering for disabled people. We do not discriminate against them and will be willing to assist as best we can but the villas are not suitable for disabled access and are not built to accommodate wheelchairs.   It is important that you provide us, when booking, with any details about disabilities so that we can attempt to cater for you.

17. Building work and noise is unavoidable as Cyprus is constantly under development. We will attempt to inform you of any major works that are taking place on or around the villas when booking.   However, we may not always find out about building or construction work and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.

18. Out of the summer season many facilities in and around Coral Bay may close as it will be classed as "out of season."   We recommend that you hire cars at these times or be prepared to head into Paphos by bus.

19. We take your data and information storage very seriously. We will NOT pass on any details that you provide us to anyone. Once you have taken your holiday we will securely hold your contact details so that we can send you, from time to time, promotional information about Logan Villas.   Any other information that you provide when booking the villa will be destroyed. You can rest assured that your information will be shredded and disposed of in a non-legible manner.

20. Our local Management Company will be aware of your stay and will be available in an emergency situation if needed.   Our Management Company will not hold any personal information relating to you as from the last day of your stay in Cyprus.

21. It is advisable that adequate Holiday Insurance is taken out by you prior to your holiday


 

         

  Cancellation Policy

         

1. To cancel the booking the guarantor must write to us to confirm cancellation.   

2. The following cancellation charges apply:

    a. More than 8 weeks prior to departure - the whole of the deposit already paid.

    b. 56-42 days prior to departure - 30% of the cost of your holiday or loss of deposit whichever is greater. 

    c. 41-28 days prior to departure -  50% of the cost of your holiday or loss of deposit whichever is greater.

    d. 27-21 days prior to departure - 70% of the cost of your holiday or loss of deposit whichever is greater.

    e. 20-15 days prior to departure - 90% of the cost of your holiday.  

    f. 14-0 days prior to departure - 100% of the cost of your holiday.

3. If you have to cancel due to a reason that is covered by your insurance company, you can attempt to claim your loss through them.

4. In the unlikely event that Logan Villas have to cancel your holiday we will refund all monies paid by you.
