1. If you are travelling with young children please ensure that they are not left unsupervised at any time during your stay. Please be extra vigilant with regard to the balconies and swimming pool. |

2. Parent/carers are fully responsible at all times for the actions of any children accompanying them. |

3. Children under the age of 16 are not permitted to use the swimming pool unsupervised at any time. |

4. The swimming pool should never be used after the consumption of alcohol. |

5. The swimming pool should not be used after dark. |
| 6. Safety signs around the pool and villa must be abided by. |
| 7. Safety equipment can be found around the pool, this equipment is not for entertainment. Its sole purpose is to be used in cases of emergency only. |
| 8. No member of the party should run around the pool area. |

9. Unfortunately crimes against people and property happens worldwide. You have the same responsibility for your personal safety and belongings as you would at home. We advise you to be extra vigilant and take care of your belongings and the property, ensuring that the property is secured when left for any period of time, this includes the locking of all doors and windows. If you should unfortunately fall victim of such crime please report it straight away to the police or other authority and obtain a written report. If a report is not obtained this may make your claim from your own insurance difficult. |
| 10. Caution must be taken when ascending/descending the stairs as they can get slippery when wet. |

9. Caution must be taken when walking around the villas with wet feet. All floors are tiled and are dangerous when wet. It is your responsibility to take caution when entering the house from the pool so as not to slip and injure yourself. This should be pointed out to all others in your party. |

11. We, LoganVillas, do not accept responsibility for any injuries suffered/incurred by your participation in any third party activity. These include: excursions, any third party activity/activities and vehicle hire. Your personal travel insurance can cover this. If you do suffer any injuries tell your insurance company immediately and seek advice. |
| 12. Caution must be taken in the kitchen area as there are utensils and equipment that could cause personal injury. |
| 13. When the immersion heater has been turned on, the water from the hot taps can be extremely hot. |

14. Information booklets can be found in the villa with details of local emergency services and contact telephone numbers. This book will also contain these above- mentioned safety rules in addition to others that must be obeyed at all times during your stay. |
