Comment: We were on holiday in Cyprus to get married and from the moment we arrived at the villa, we knew that everything was going to work out just fine. Perfect location. Immaculate presentation. Beautiful pool. Every facility you can imagine. Superb maintenance company. The standard of both villas is so high and we are recommending them to everybody we know. Comment: We had a great time at villa timos.we have been booking holidays in villa's abroad for 4-5 years and this was by far, the best one we have stayed in.Very clean, excellent facilities and quality and the location is fantastic for corallia beach and coral bay beach - Corallia provides more room,less crowded and much cheaper for sunbeds!Have already booked for next year and recomending to all our friends. Comment: This is our second holiday at Villa Timos. We have been coming to Cyprus for almost 12 years and we wouldn't choose any other Villa in Paphos ! Villa Timos is wonderful, we couldnt have asked for more ! The owners are fanstastic and go out of their way to ensure that you have a perfect and pleasant stay at their Villa. They are supported by a very professional management company 'In Safe Hands' who are very friendly and so helpful. The Villa is by far themost private in the residential community occupying an excellent location tucked away in the corner with close proximity to the nearby supermarket and beach. Having internet access was such an added bonus ! I would highly recommend Villa Timos and Villa Mattheous to families and couples who want a peaceful relaxing holiday in a beautiful, clean, modern Villa that is close to all that Coral Bay has to offer. Although the main strip is a 15-20 min walk, car hire isn't necessary as taxis are available.

Comment: Just home from two great weeks at the Villa Timo, the villa was really clean and well equipped with everything you need,we have rented a few villas now and this one was by far the best. The location was great and there is a bus service at the bottom of the street to take you to the main strip area or even into Paphos if you wish, the bus runs every 10 mins.There is a good selection of bars and restaurants on the strip which is only 3-4 mins on the bus,or you can go to one of the local supermarkets and pick up up some meat for the onsite barbecue.Choose one of the supermarkets recommended in the welcome folders as they are very cheap compared to those on the strip. Big thanks to the managment company who are always n hand to answer any questions. Ps Did I mention the villa pool was fantastic!

Comment: Cont: However, if you do like to explore, use U2 Car Rentals near to the Villa. The owner Napoleon is very reliable and even picked us up with the car at the airport and escorted us to the Villa. I can't wait to return in October ! Best wishes, The Hughes Family

Comment: Villa Timos is large, comfortable, simply but beautifully furnished, clean, well maintained, homely. Own pool which is crystal clear. Brilliantly located just a couple of minutes walk from the best bit of beach in Coral Bay, very close to a supermarket and restaurant but far enough away that the main strip is not a distraction. Best, most family friendly holiday villa we have stayed in. Special mention to Pam Logan for organising and to Paul in Cyprus for the maintenance. Thanks all!
