Villa Mattheous was constructed in 2006.  The villa is on a private estate which has an electric entrance barrier so that only occupants and guests can access this quiet street.  The villa has off-road parking under a carport so that your vehicle can stay out of the beautiful Cypriot sun in order to remain cool.  Villa Mattheous is situated approximately a 3 minute walk from Corallia Beach.  There is a local Supermarket, a bar and restaurants, within walking distance of the villa.

Villa Mattheous has its own Private Pool which is managed by a pool maintenance company who will clean and check the pool twice a week.  This way we can guarantee you clean, healthy and enjoyable swimming.  There is an outside shower near the pool, so that you can clean off any lotions before entering the pool. 

Villa Mattheous has simple landscaped gardens which are also maintained by a management company. An automatic watering system is installed to water the plants and many fruit trees in the gardens so, if you see a ripe orange, lemon or anything that takes your fancy, then help yourself!

Villa Mattheous has 5 air-conditioning units in the property comprising 2  in the main living/dining area and 1 in each of the bedrooms.

Villa Mattheous has local satellite TV with several English language channels and a 40" flat screen with a DVD player and a small selection of DVDs for those times when you fancy chilling out in the living area.  Internet access is also available.  There is a small library of paperback books for you to borrow whilst you are there.
